Welcome to NiumaScribe (niuma-online.com, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides audio/video-to-text transcription, subtitle translation and export. Transcription and translation are produced by automated models and may contain errors; please review results before relying on them.

2. Accounts

You must create an account (email code or Google sign-in) to use credit-based features;
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe;
Using others' accounts or abusing free credits by illegitimate means is prohibited.

3. Credits & Billing

New users may receive one-time trial credits (as actually granted);
Transcription/translation deducts credits by duration or usage, per the rules shown on the site;
Credits obtained via redemption or top-up are generally non-refundable except where required by law or otherwise stated.

4. Your Content & Responsibilities

You must hold the lawful rights to the content you upload and must not upload infringing, illegal or objectionable content;
Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant the Service the rights necessary to process it in order to provide the features.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of fully accurate results or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes & Termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change accordingly. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that seriously violate these terms.
